The College is governed by the Board of Directors This governance is enhanced by the continued advisory assistance of the entire faculty and staff members.

The body of lecturers consists of lectures with a rich background of experience in Christian service. The lecturers are drawn from different denominations from various parts of the world.

They are equipped in various disciplines of the word of God to teach and train men and women for future ministry.
