MISSION STATEMENT

WE BELIEVE:

THE BIBLE
That the Bible, consisting of all the books of the Old and New Testaments, is the Word of God, a supernaturally given revelation without error or mis-statement in moral and spiritual teachings and is a record of historical facts.

GOD
In the Trinity - that the eternal Godhead manifests Himself in Three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit; and that these Three are One God but separate in personality and work.

JESUS CHRIST
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His Virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious death and in atonement through His blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the father, and in His personal and future visible return clothed in power and glory.

MAN
That man was created in the image of God, that he was tempted by Satan and fell, and that because of the exceeding sinfulness of human nature, regeneration by the Holy Spirit through the agency of the word is absolutely necessary for salvation.

THE HOLY SPIRIT
That the Holy Spirit, the Third Person of the Trinity, though omnipresent from all eternity, took up His abode in the world in a special sense on the Day of Pentecost according to the divine promise, and dwells in every believer. We believe that the Fruits and Gifts of the Spirit in the lives of the believers are a visible demonstration of His presence.

RESURRECTION
In the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those who are saved unto the resurrection of life and those who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

COMMISSION
That God's plan for this age as expressed in the Great Commission involves the Evangelisation of the world through the witness of every believer on Jesus Christ, and the making of disciples through the teaching of His Word in the local church as a means of accomplishing His purpose.
